Participation within APDD does not grant APDD access to an individual's banking information beyond information voluntarily provided for authorized payment processing, approved transactions, or required business operations.
APDD does not participate in unlawful, unauthorized, deceptive, or criminal financial activities.
Financial privacy, lawful conduct, transparency, and individual rights are important operational principles within the APDD environment.
APDD may maintain records relating to participation, subscriptions, application leases, purchases, invoices, payments, and authorized business transactions conducted through APDD systems.
